The design process

A well designed turbo is paramount for the development process. The turbocharger design takes both manufacturing feasibility and cost into account, while also living up to the requirements from the customers like performance, durability and controllability. Computer aided design programs are utilized to find the perfect match between these factors and to make prototype drawings. Throughout the development process, the design will continuously be optimized based on tests and simulations as well as to consider the final assembly efficiency.
