Meet Lodewijk de Roy van Zuydewijn. Lodewijk has worked as a turbo sales engineer at MTEE for 2 years. “I do not have a background as an engineer. I have a degree in Automotive from IVA as well as business administration. However, I am a huge car fan and I have worked on cars myself since I was 15 years old.  This position at MTEE covers all my interests, as I am involved in very technical topics while also dealing directly with our customers. I currently work on projects for Aston Martin, McLaren and Jaguar Land Rover. I really love to be involved in the entire process. From the point that our customers want to build a new engine until the very last turbocharger is sold in the aftermarket. This involves cooperating with several departments from purchase to quality, logistics, production etc., making it all come together.  There are many opportunities for growth in a global company like MTEE and to go work abroad for instance.  In The Netherlands, it is almost impossible to work in the automotive industry, which makes this a special company”.
